澳門弱智人士家長協進會於2021年6月增設曙光語言中心，為一至三歲有特殊需要的幼童提供語言治療早療服務，為幼兒利益，並會呼籲幼兒的主要照顧者若發現幼兒出現語言狀況時，應主動到兒童評估綜合中心為幼兒作評估，幼兒越早接受早療服務，對其語言發展更有進步。
Chu Kwong Speech Therapy Centre was established by the Association of Parents of People with Intellectual Disabilities of Macau in June of 2021. The Center has been providing speech therapy services for infants and toddlers with special needs aged one to three. We are committed to helping them in language training because the stages of infants and toddlers are an ideal time for them to learn. In addition, we recommend the primary caregivers to take their children with special needs to assess their development as early as possible. Early identification of a child’s needs and providing training and education would be beneficial to their growth. At the meantime, we encourage caregivers to participate in the training activities during the sessions so that they can obtain the skills and help their child at home.
